Shipping

We pack and send all orders with love from Australia. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

We offer Australia-wide shipping, so no matter where you are, your Little Hae pieces will make their way to you.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and public holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Little Hae purchase! If something doesn’t fit quite right or arrives faulty, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’re happy to arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund — as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To start a return, simply email us at sales@littlehae.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on worn items or accessories unless they’re faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • If you prefer, we can issue your refund as store credit via a digital gift card.

Damaged or faulty goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@littlehae.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it right away — replacement, refund, or store credit, whichever you prefer.
